I am trying to add this to the side of my blog but I am tired and a little unsure how to do this at the moment.  Any ideas?

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween to everyone!  I hope everyone has some fun planned for tonight.  We have had a very action packed last few weeeks.

Jon came back from Ireland for the winter so we have him home again.  B is very busy with hockey, bowling and his school stuff.  L is busy with basketball, bowling and school stuff.  I have been VERY busy with work and chauferring the kids around to their things.  Not a lot of extra time as you all have to deal with yourselves.  Try and find some time to do housework in there and there is no time for yourself!

I made sure I had booked my scrapbook retreat with Giggles & Girlfriends for December 4-6 so I could get away and scrapbook.  Kelsey and Ki will be there.  I don't know who else is going.  Out of my immediate group of friends, none of them are coming.  I think we will have fun though. 

Going to Vegas on November 8th-12th with my friend Colleen.  We are going to have a great time.  Can't wait!  I haven't been there since I was 17.  So many changes!  Would love to hear some advice or recommendations from all you Vegas goers.

The kids and I had our H1N1 shot on Wednesday and my arm is still SO sore.  The kids' are too.  I am glad we got it though. 

So much else to chat about and share but I will save that for tomorrow.

New do...

So a little over a week ago I got my hair cut.  I am trying to do the Lisa Rinna thing. 

So, I cut my hair.  I colored it at home a couple days later.  I loved the color my hair was before but the lovely grays were coming out in full force.  I got distracted and forgot about the time and my color was left on 10-15 minutes longer than it should have been.  So, my hair is quite dark.  I don't know if people like it or not but it is a bit too dark for my liking.  I have an appointment tomorrow night to get it highlighted.  I am sure Liz (my hairdresser extraordinaire) will do a great job!  I can't wait. 

Now, if only I had Lisa Rinna'a body!  I wonder if Liz can fix that too! ha,ha
 

I am back...

It has been a while since I posted.  We are just way too busy here!  My kids are busy with sports and their other activities.  I have been busy with work and planning a trip to Vegas as well I just booked a scrapbook retreat in December that I am going on so that should be fun! 

Lots of cool and exciting things coming up.  I have some fun stuff to post.  I will try and do it this week.

Message to Cori-Lyn - I sent your package the other day so you should have it this week.  Enjoy!  Sorry for the delay.  We have been SO busy!
